1.  Updated minimum value for weld condition.  Original minimum value was 50, new minimum value is 30. 
2.  Added a new section to the door reports.  AC Door//Lock Ring welded lugs.  This new section checks the 
    integrity of the lugs on older systems using a mag particle

1. Major Update - Added Door Service Report systems.  Users can now create a door service report
2. All Autoclave equipment can have equipment spec's saved to the database.
   This includes: Pressure, Heat Type, Dimensions, Temp, Original Mfg, Mfg Date, and Gantry (y/n)
3. When adding new equipment Customer name, Equipment Classification (autoclave, press, oven, misc.) are now required.
4. Altered the primary navigation bar at the top of the page.  The buttons are now larger. Report Builder and Reports Menu now have
   sub-menu's that drop down below them on mouse-over.
5. Additional Administration links have been added and organized into smaller sub-categories.

1. Corrected the sorting arrangment of the customer list on create_jobs.php.
2. Fixed a javascript error that prevented the micro windows from opening on create_jobs.php.  
   This prevented users from adding new customer/customer equipment from in the web app.
3. Fixed incorrect pathing to delete customer equipment.
4. Added some basic links to the index.php page after a user logs in
5. *Major* Fixed an error when editing saved employee time.  The records unique identifier wasn't giving the correct 
   address to save the edited data. This caused all subsequent employee time to be overwritten and their data lost.
6. *Major* Changed the counting method when updating employee time, previous method was counting the incorrect variable (not dates and people).  
   This lead to the posting script to execute fewer times than necessary to save all the data
7. Fixed a small issue with ie10 and empty floated <li> tags.  The <li> has a php variable that, when unset, would float
   on top of the wpt job number
